Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the continental United States.

We aim to keep our pricing simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Oversize and Heavy Items

Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to certain items due to their size and weight. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Freight items are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after order processing; however, delivery times may vary.

If liftgate or inside delivery services are required, please contact us for a quote.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.

We will then verify product availability. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternative options.

If your item(s) are in stock and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we will process the payment and begin preparing your order.

Order Shipment

Orders that are in stock typically ship within 3 business days of the order date after payment has been processed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sensoryplayhaven.com.

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the US market. This means that they require a  110V electrical system to function correctly. 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you accept delivery, you are required to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or the products inside it using your smartphone or camera. 

If your item(s) have arrived damaged, please send photos to info@sensoryplayhaven.com, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
